The temple length refers to the arms of the glasses that extend over your ears. It is crucial to choose a temple length that provides a comfortable fit and keeps the glasses securely in place. If you have a pair of well-fitting glasses, you can measure the temple length by starting from the hinge at the side of the frame and measuring along the length of the temple to the tip including the bend part that sits on the ear. Arm Length or Temple Length ranges from 135-150 mm. A smaller number indicates a shorter temple length. If you have a larger face, we recommend selecting a temple length larger than 140 mm for an optimal fit.
